I'm no cap expert but how are the Leafs going to afford both Benn and Seguin?

Marner and Mathews just played Cannon Kids in the Nutcracker and had fun, so they are coming to Columbus. We have a cannon.

The five game winnings streak was some of the worst hockey I have seen them play all year. If not for Cam and Bob they'd have gotten smooshed.

Panarin has been streaky, and I wonder if the pressure of being the focal point and being followed by the contract controversy is getting to him. He seems to be treating it like a job and not a fun game of shinny with friends. And Dubois doesn't have the element of surprise any more. Everyone knows what he is and he has yet to figure out how to get back to his game with the extra attention.

Harrington should not be on an NHL roster, and for some reason Torts doesn't want to give Kukan or Carlsson a shot.

And whatever mind game he is playing with Duclair has wrecked the kid.

They just aren’t as deep as some other teams. The injury bug is biting them hard.

It’s a long season, every team has bad streaks.

Except the Bolts. They save their bad streak for April

3 way deal:
Pens get: Panarin and Dallas 2nd/3rd 2019
Jackets get: Benn/Seguin and Pens 1st 2019 (because thats what GMJR does, he is allergic to 1st round picks)
Stars get: Jack Johnson and Jackets 5th in 2032 along with taking on all of JJ's salary and 3.5 million each of Benn/Seguins salary each year.

Nashville's goals for% since Thanksgiving is 3rd worst in the league but they're still a top half team in goals against.

Goaltending's been an issue, injuries as well, but that just screams flip one of your star d-men for a forward.

Yep. I knew they were gonna fall of a little, but my gosh. They're definitely lacking in depth. I'm pretty confident in them with a healthy roster come Playoffs though. That's the key.
