That's the only leaf related thing I could come up with this early. Other than "Leaf Springs", but we all know the Leafs never see the spring.

I have no idea why the named the show Oil Change anyway? Isn't that an indication that things aren't working and you need to constantly move in another direction? Don't you think if they were a good team it be named Well Oiled Machine or something.....just seems like a little too much self deprecation there.....

I guess it's better than Oil Spill......

They started airing it after they drafted Hall, and were finally committed to a re-build.

But then they kept airing it. And they sucked even more.

Now can you see why I wouldn't want a similar program done for the Leafs lol

They're scoring. Well, not last night but in general they are.

They need defence terribly, though. I don't know how an RNH for Weber/Jones trade hasn't happened yet. Seems too perfect.

Of course, the Isles will almost surely wind up missing the playoffs should any of this happen lol

They are a fringe team at this point anyway. They have some disarray with Hamonic and Okposo, a horrible special teams coach, a horrible coach and a horrible new arena. Yup, didn't take long for things to get back to normal for the Islanders.

Honestly, that's what I hope happens. The Isles have zero leverage here. It might be best to wait until the off-season. Hamonic could be traded for a F in the off-season that way. Can get another equivalent D through UFA.

Okposo isn't going to be an Islander next season. They aren't even talking about an extension.

There are all kinds of rumors about Hamonic going here, their & everywhere. Apparently there were a lot of scouts at the last Bridgeport Sountigers game. With players like Strome, Pulock, Mayfield & others in the lineup it could be a bigger deal.
