Burrows v. Tootoo update

What was a planned phone call for Burrows and the NHL turned into a in-person visit to league offices.
But no, it’s not what you think.
“It wasn’t a hearing. For that, the PA needs to be involved. You need a PA lawyer. There’s a process. My agent would have to be advised,” Burrows said.
“It was supposed to be a phone call, but we went there and we talked about the incident for 10 minutes. Then I got a tour of the challenge room.

that was yesterdays provies but Botchford kinda had the answer to his own question in the previous provies (post senators game) ... i wasnt even aware that Tootoo had ended a shift and then left the bench to engage Burrows ... SURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRE ... doubling shifting Tootoo

charring burrows reputation ??? it was already pretty crispy lol ... and probably why Tootoo thought he could pull all this shit in the first place

BEST THEORY
There are those around the league who are convinced T0otoo broke code to complain about Burrows’s comments to distract attention away from the fact he left the bench and it looked like his sole intention was to fight.
Tootoo had just ended a 54-second shift, so when he jumped over the boards during a face-off it probably wasn’t because he was about to double shift.
As he came on, Stempniak came off.
As you’ve seen, Tootoo went right for Dorsett which initiated the scrap.

A couple of differences:

1. Horcoff's "goal" wasn't scored against the Leafs
