I can't see an NHL expansion team on Mars, but I could see the KHL moving their operations there for a more favorable Martian exchange rate. Plus many of the players would be used to the conditions similar to Siberia.

I can see some of the single KHL players making the move to Mars. The married ones, not so much. Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids. In fact, it's cold as hell.

Agreed - I feel like 5 games per team is enough. It's a long season. Guys are already getting injured.

Well, maybe the Oilers can pick up Magnus Paaaaarjavi from the Blues as a possible replacement for Eberle as the Blues have put MPS on waivers this morning.

One thing that's interesting from Isles camp is the play of Barzal the 16th pick in the draft. I know they don't want to rush him, but he's going to make the decision tough for Snow.

With Hickey out for the first three weeks of the season, Pulock or Mayfield will likely get his spot.

Barzal is making it tough for them. Also add Petrov to that list.
