If the salary cap goes up to as high as the league is estimating in a couple of years, this contract won't look so bad. It makes you wonder how much Nate MacKinnon is going to be making on his next contract though (13 million per season? maybe 14 million?).

Some doofus tweeted a joke about "Watch Kane land in Columbus". Then later tweeted that someone "in the know" told him that Columbus was legitimately a team to watch. And suddenly everyone took it as gospel.

I would legitimately consider the return of Eff Carter before ANYONE named Kane.
