Went to the game tonight, first game since being put on LTIR in January.Thought it was risky since I have missed the whole streak.

Sat through 2 periods, confirmed I am bad luck and went home then



Tomorrow I will be negotiating the financ compensation the Preds must pay me to stay away for the rest of the season

I know it’s poor form to quote my own post but this deserves an update.

So I skipped the next few Preds games to continue the healing process. Went back tonight for the first time since the above incident. Playing the Jets and need 1 crappy point to get in the playoffs.

SSDD. Jets make the Preds look lIke a beer league team scoring 3 times on the first 5 shots. After 2 periods we are down 3-1 and I joked that the only way the Preds come back is if I leave.

Worked to perfection. Listened to yet another improbable comeback on the radio.

Just took a quick look, if you take away that Cup win he’s won 7 playoff rounds in 21 years of coaching and 3 of those came in the Preds run to the final.

Yet he basically can’t go more than a year without being hired by someone.
