I figured this was a good as thread as any to drop this in.

My son just sent this to me and his choice is probably the same as mine.

3-1 series lead. Tons of injuries, no Crosby/Malkin. Staal was centering the top line.

Could have closed out the series on this day.

I was so pissed off, it is the only playoff hockey game I ever left early. We left before the second period was over.

Honorable mention would go to the 2014 playoffs, which was One Plan Dan‘s last game as the Penguins coach. That day was game seven and they blew another 3-1 series lead to the Rangers and were eliminated by Carl Hagelin in OT IIRC

/the Hagelin elimination was the following year when Mike Johnston was the coach

I don't even know what that would be.
My dad had Canucks seasons tickets in the 80's so there was a lot of shit games to see.
Habs used to kill us ALL the time

Looks like cells C1 and C2 got copied into A3 and B3 overwriting the original summation values of A3 and B3.

/This was not an Excel-lent post.
would have been a classic if points total summed to #VALUE!

/if Petey was on there it would not be classic if it read $VALUE? :pout:

Because most all the hockey games I went to were ECHL games, I went with a baseball game I was at after just moving to Detroit

Not the game itself, but I do remember going to an Admirals game with my dad when I was in my 20s. There was a small gap between the boards and the seats at the scope, my foot fell into that gap and I went face first into my dads ass. Most embarrassed I have ever been.

Moderately interesting game tonight. Minnesota (yes the Wild not the Stars) are in Smashville for a game with playoff implications.

Win, and Minny will be 4 points back of WC2 with a game in hand. Lose and they are 8 back.

Could this be the game that decides the Wild playoff fate? And if so, could it result in MAF going from "staying put" to deadline deal?

Hate missing games this time of year (this will be my 6th while on the LTIR), Bridgestone is always a fun place to watch a game and as the playoffs get close, even more so.
