One thing I never liked about Friday is there's never a day game unless the Cubs are at Wrigley. Man, I want to watch some baseball! :gaah:

Harvey - Strasburg tonight. Should be a killer matchup.

Wow, the Cards only muster one run and get humiliated by the Pirates and the Reds win two in one day. Things just got allot tighter atop the NL Central. :yahoo:
Going to be a competitive division all year. The general thought is that the Reds will pull away at some point but who knows

Kershaw has such a bizarre delivery. Up to 100 pitches in the 5th so I guess a pretty good job by the Mets.

Well, I completely mushed them. After that post the Dodgers went on to score 5 runs. Lyons blows. The Mets desperately have to address bullpen this offseason, or possibly a trade this season. And I hope Niese is ok after taking a line drive off the leg (apparently he won't miss any time).

I see a problem with this thread.

It is called a daily thread, but does not get posts everyday.

Is this a case of false advertising????

For Braves fans, I hope it does not get ugly for Gattis there in L.F.

He's not the most graceful LF you'll ever see, it's a good bat to have in the lineup though.

Damn, Matt Harvey with 10 ks through 7, but more importantly blew a perfect game with 2 outs in the 7th. This guy is becoming must see baseball. I highly recommend looking to see if the Mets visit your team this year and trying to catch this guy live.

Alexi Amerista is the smallest man I've ever seen in the Bigs. 5' 8" my ass. Standing on the NY phonebook maybe. The batboy just walked past him and he was 6" taller.

Here's one we lost. The way things are going for the Jays, Weber will pitch soon for them.
