Nothing wrong with running up the score on these cheap-shotting fuck faces!

GO BRONCOS!!

Actually, it wasn't running up the score. It was 3rd and goal with 2 minutes to play. The Broncos needed the first down to be able to kill the clock, and since the first down happened to be a TD, the play resulted in a score.

I am happy either way. I guess they could have run it...I'm glad they didn't.

33 points without a TD pass from Manning. That should scare the shit out of Broncos opponents.

Sorry no one is scared and it's the Raiders. There has been way to many fg's of late but I believe the Broncos will work it out.

Wow, Oz made a couple of nice passes on that drive. He showed some nice accuracy and touch.

Maybe that's why Peyton is so hesitant to come out late in a blowout game....

I'm sure Seattle and the Patriots will still sleep at night. Great win and pretty good performance overall leading into the playoffs even though it was the Raiders. Time to rest up and then the real season starts. Go Broncos!!!!

Well, gang, that's 12-4 against an obscene slate this season. Well done, Broncos. Any team that can go 12-4 against the opponents and the "when and where" the Broncos did is a damn good football team. To average a tick over 30PPG doing it...even more impressive.

The team earned a much needed bye with this win. Get healthy, and be ready to face whoever we're going to face in the divisional round. They're all good opponents from here on.

Go Broncos!

Maybe.......maybe not. But it WILL give some opposing DC's out there a few headaches planning a defense.

They have more immediate concerns....especially the Seahawks.

With the win the Broncos improve to 18-1 against the AFC West since Manning took over as our QB. That includes a playoff win over the Chargers. That is utter, complete, and unmitigated domination of our rivals. These have been some awesome years as a Broncos fan!

Before it was cleanup time with Brock we had 35 passes to 28 runs. That's leaps and bounds better than what we've been seeing and I'm fine with running 25+ times a game as long as we continue to pass effectively and mix in some running plays without overdoing it.

Yeah Duff it worked out well today. 35 degrees, wind 5mph and clear skies. Last week... cold, rainy and breezy. 4 pks by Manning. 9 out 10 teams would have a higher run ratio in those conditions. You need to consider the elements before you whine sometimes ,my man.

Recapping the game, that was an excellent performance by the Broncos. There are quite a few positives to take away. First and foremost, no major injuries, and we locked up a 1st round bye. The team should be quite a bit more healthy in 2 weeks. Also, we hadn't played a complete game all season long, until today. Offense, defense, and special teams all played well. Hopefully, that is the beginning of a trend.

We held the Raiders to 199 yards of offense. That is remarkable and hard to do.

We had 1 penalty for 16 yards. I don't recall ever watching any games where we didn't get any penalties, so that is about as good as can be done. It speaks to team discipline and coaching, and that is a great sign at this point in the season.

Connor Barth was 4 for 4 on FGs, including a 49-yarder. Another good sign.

We rushed for over 100 yards and passed for over 300 yards. The offense was pretty efficient and balanced, and was for the most part effective. It was good to see us have success at rushing and passing in the same game.

Oz looked good in his short time on the field. That deep pass to Virgil Green was a thing of beauty. This may sound a bit crazy, but I actually feel A LOT better about him as our guy if Peyton goes down, or when he retires. Oz looked cool, calm, and collected on that drive, and he has a nice looking pass. He looks like "the guy".

I can't wait for round 2 of the playoffs. This team looks ready.
