I am a Purdue fan as I went there (yeah we suck) I also like Kent State because my dad went there.
I also root a bit for Illinois and Northwestern because their roots are close to where I was brought up.

Probably not, the eye ball test definitely tells me that tOSU is not on a lot of the other top teams' levels... but we looked like shit for most of 2002 as well..
/shrug...
That said, I wouldn't bet on tOSU against many other teams in the top 10....

The only reason you think Northwestern is "legit" is because they almost won. You would rather praise them than have people think teams like Clemson and Stanford are better. I can't really blame you though, the whole poll thing is a joke. There should be a bigger playoff...

Well to be fair, he has a point, the B1G is filled with a lot of DECENT teams but not many that are firing on all cylinders...
Wisconsin - Great run game, but only one good receiver and a porous defense
NW - Decent passing game/run game, but porous defense
Michigan - Who knows what team will show up...
