If not, its a crime. I don't think he is going anywhere though. He is right where he wants to be...though I wouldn't mind if he left. That one was too close.

The BAD SPOT was a bang bang play.

The referees made a bad spot, but it was an understandable human mistake.

There was not enough evidence to overturn the bad spot.

But, I still think the referees should have moved the ball like 1 inch.....that would not have cost NW a timeout.

It is a perfect chance for the refs to do something fair when both sides are likely to complain.

they don't get the time out back unless they move it enough to make a first down.

They probably do. But the facts are Clemson is still in the ACC and tOSU beat an undefeated top 15 team on the road.

I thought Colter got the first down on that QB sneak. It looked like from the other side line angle that his body was at the line to get. But what shocked me is that they DID NOT have a camera angle on the near side of the play. If they did, it would have been evident as to what the proper spot was (whether correct or incorrect).

As a minor fan of Northwestern (I am from Illinois), I thought they played well, but not well enough to win. They were just too conservative in the redzone and that pick was a killer play.

The problem is the perception of the average fan. The people on ESPN radio this morning before any games were played were saying that they thought a 1 loss Georgia and LSU team were better than Ohio State because they thought the SEC was that much better than the Big Ten. I don't agree with that, but thank God this is the last year without a playoff. Any team that goes undefeated in a major conference deserves the NC Game over a 1 loss school.

You act as though the B1G is superior to the ACC this year? Both conferences are crap, but at least Clemson stepped up and played somebody OOC and will have the FSU win, IF they get it.

It's certainly debatable which conference is better, I've seen computers rankings that have the ACC as better and some that have the B1G better. Either way it won't matter, IF both go undefeated Clemson will be ahead at the end.
