Really wish mothfuckers would quit defending people that didn't report a child R apist to police.

It's disgusting.

You see a kid get R aped at work, you gonna tell your boss and never think about it again?

That's where I'm at. How in the hell do you continue to go on about your day to day activities when you know absolutely nothing was done about what you saw. Maybe he thought by telling his boss something would get done but, it looks like when it was obvious nothing is getting done, that you'd take it to the proper authorities (which should've been done initially imo) and see that shit actually gets taken care of. This "Welp, I did my duty by telling muh boss" shit doesn't fly when it pertains to something so serious. Especially when said boss doesn't do anything.

I verify financial reporting for my company. If I see something strange and report it to my boss, find out he didn't do anything about it, and then it comes out, you bet your ass I'd get fired.

You act like he was a kid. He was 25, and an adult. That's what I'm not understanding here. It's not like he was reporting little jimmy cheated on his biology exam in 5th grade. He was a grown adult who saw a serious criminal act taking place. Instead of calling the police immediately, he told his co-worker. His co-worker did nothing with that information and instead of then acting on his own, ignored the fact that he saw a kid raped for 30 years and, to this day, lies about it. It's not even as if his stance today is, "I was scared at the time and didn't know what to do with the information". He's now a 50+ year old adult lying about not officially reporting a child being raped for 30 years.

In case you haven't noticed, most of these guys aren't coaching any more (for good reasons); which makes this situation particularly unique. If someone hired McQueary, I'd have a huge issue with that. Or the douche son of Paterno. Which is why I posted this.
And your proof of this is where?

And if you saw something strange, reported it to your boss, and then it turns out you were right but it wasn't confirmed until 20 years later and you've worked for 5 different companies since then, would you expect your new company to fire you?

:noidea: I don't think I'd have a case against it if they did. If they saw my inaction as unethical or negligent, they might.

1) Bradley has steadfastly denied ever knowing about any of Sandusky's proclivities, and issued a statement basically calling McQueary a liar.
2) Schiano has denied the allegation.

McQueary might be telling the truth, or he might be trying to implicate others to make himself look better.

If it is proven that Schiano saw something and all he did is tell Bradley, he will be dismissed, but people mis-remember and flat-out lie in depositions all the time. It was under oath? Bradley has testified under oath as well - - - this quote from Bradley's attorney:

"At no time did Tom Bradley ever witness any inappropriate behavior. Nor did he have any knowledge of alleged incidents in the 80's and 90's. He has consistently testified as such," the statement read. "Any assertions to the contrary are false. When he became aware of the 2001 incident it had already been reported to the University administration years earlier."

I don't know who's lying here, and neither do any of the legal experts who regularly frequent the college football board.

I do think this will put an end to the "Schiano to PSU when they finally fire Franklin" rumors, however.

It would be an extreme situation, someone getting fired in their 50s for something they "might" have done or not done in their 20s. That's an enormous stretch.

Robinson didn't steal a gun. Cody was long gone from Bama when he went retard.
His gun was stolen, and by the laws of tHoop, Saban is on the hook for both of them since they both played for him.

I just don't understand how one sees something like that, tells one person and then lets it go. I just don't know how anyone could be OK with that.

Johnny Cochran said OJ didn't do it. It's in the court records. BFD.
And if it were every proven that he lied, he would have been sent to jail. A sword deposition is more trustworthy because someone would be willing to take jail time if it were proven otherwise. I wonder why Schiano isn't filing a defamation lawsuit -- you know -- if someone falsely accused him over covering up a raped child.

Again, your proof that Schiano is lying right now? Your proof that some secondhand story from years ago (which has been also denied by Bradley) is true?
What would be his motivation for making up a story this specific about one specific person under penalty of law?

"Greg had come into his office white as a ghost and said he just saw Jerry doing something to a boy in the shower."

The fact is, there's no reason to believe this pretty specific story is false.
