Certain fans of those teams have pretty much turned this CFB forum into a shitfest.

Anybody even remotely critical is personally attacked with name calling and/or libellled.

This is supposed to be a fun place to debate CFB, but these guys have gotten defensive to the point of being down right vicious.

Enough already. :omg:

hmmmm. Call out a couple of us, you'd better believe we have each other's backs. I'm having some fun, how about you?

Damn, I remember when RA and Brasky would troll the few Buckeye and Wisconsin fans with ease. My how things have changed since the refugees have arrived. The hometown trolls are now getting a taste of their own medicine. Its nice to have some Buckeye and Wisconsin fans bring some balance to the board. Now instead of trolling other B1G fans its time to begin Operation Team B1G to counter our SEC brothers.

I know Minny's record, but 4 of their wins are against lower tier FCS, MWC, and Independent teams. They lose to a Michigan who is not great and they beat Nebraska another not great team. Record is indicative of their opponents. Good for their team considering their coaches' health problems. Just do not see a win over them as helping Wisconsin move up without losses from teams above them.

Pretty much every team with 8 plus wins has half their wins vs scrub teams. Nobody has anymore than 4 "good" wins and most teams dont have more than 2

When Nebraska left the Big 12 I was told by an AtM fan that I'd end up hating that fanbase because of a few crybabies that just couldn't let things go. I didn't really know what he was talking about, then.

Wisconsin fans have a legitimate gripe about the ASU game earlier this season and its impact on the rankings. The fact is that hey should be a 1-loss team (@ #3) and ranked at least 10-15.

Almost an undefeated team. I know OSU outplayed us nearly the whole game but the score indicates we had a chance.

Yes but a close loss is still a loss. A loss because the refs couldn't get their shit together and didn't know the rules is not "just a loss".

Yep. That was the point. Minus Stanford because their schedule has been a tad more difficult and they have a loss too.

Yeah Stanford also had their 4 toughest games all at home (mostly at night) and spaced out very nicely.

You folks don't pay attention very good do you?

It isn't all about me, so stop trying to deflect it at me. It's about the numerous pages in numerous threads filled with endless bullshit from you folks. I read the first couple of pages and I get the fuck out of it. You're relentless haters and bashers of anyone even slightly critical. I'm not alone in saying that going through the Big 10 undefeated is unimpressive. Stop being so damned defensive. bleh, bleh bleh bleh bleh

Maybe because Nebraska hasn't been able to do it?

Wow, RA made a complete fool out of himself in this thread. Thanks for proving my point I've been making for months about you providing nothing of substance to this board except trollish bullshit.

They like everyone else has no say in where their games are played. Last year those games were all on the road too. They should split those 4 teams up being home and away. But that is the schedule the PAC gave them.

Big Ten undefeated/untied seasons (post-WWII):

Ohio State - 2012
Ohio State - 2002 (NC)
Michigan - 1997 (NC)
Northwestern - 1995
Ohio State - 1968 (NC)
MSU - 1966
MSU - 1965 (NC - Coaches)
Ohio State - 1954 (NC)
Michigan - 1948 (NC)
Michigan - 1947 (NC)

And those Northwestern and MSU teams were only undefeated and untied in conference, not for the whole season. That's 10 teams that have ever gotten through the Big Ten conference season undefeated, and 7 teams in the Big Ten that have ever gone undefeated for a season. Most of them playing fewer than 12 games, of course.

But yeah, it's not impressive at all.
