As am I, they needed to IMO.I'm surprised they didn't take a QB early to groom behind Brady for the next 2 seasons.

Yeah apparently. They know Hoyer can operate our system but I still feel they should have nabbed Mason Rudolph when they had the chance. They must know something we don't.

That is a question for Belichick and CasarioOr any other QB for that matter. I heard rumblings about them moving up for a QB in the draft last month. Why didn't they?
Are we sure the Bills would actually do that though?
Play the rookie..They can't be content with just Hoyer behind Brady? Suppose they both get hurt this coming season. What are the Patriots gonna do then?

The one they drafted.What rookie?
Kid from LSU.Oh they drafted a QB?
EttlingWho?
How is it not news? Brady has been at every OTA as far back as I can remember. He set the tone for the rest of the team of the type of commitment it takes to year in and year out compete in this league. They also have a lot of new pieces in the receiver room so every rep is going to matter. Now this doesn't mean their season will derail by any means, but for Brady to miss it shows there is obviously some discontentment between him and the organization.
If it was me I'd put my family before football. I'm sure that's what Brady must be thinking deep down inside.
