Can we please just start moose? The second goal is typical horrible angle goal. And the 3rd goal mylord o lord what a horrible goal. Nevermind that it wasnt even a sniper that netted it or the fact that he didn't look pass once. Or the fact that the pass was taken away. or the fact that everyone in the arena knew where tgat shot was going? Everyone but Marty....just fucking put moose in this is his team. his solid play got them here

granted yes the offense struggled this game. but the difference once again like it has been every time these two teams meet. lundqvist made the saves he had to marty on the other hand didnt.

The first 30 mins of this game was vintage Devils..the D actually played really well behind Marty and he made some decent saves. Lundqvist won the game for em as usual but Gaborik is having a hell of a year as well.

Tough loss..hopefully we get Patty back next game. Good to see Zajac get on the scoresheet.

Marty looked like he is done with NHL. He got all possible records and can retire now. He has no fire for the game anymore. Thanks for everything he's done for the team but it always time when any player should realize that it is over. As many of you guys predicted last year, we need a replacement for the goalie.

Not that I would ever wish injury on a player , especially to someone like Marty , but I think its gotten to the point where we need to bring up one of our young guys and get him a couple of starts in net.

Good teams do it all the time , Howard , Crawford and Niemi are 3 very recent examples of that so whos to say we dont have one of those in waiting..I think we can make the playoffs this year and maybe even win a series if we draw a Florida or Washington in the first round.
