Everyone outside of us thinks we had a great year. Since I live in the Cuse, I received nothing but atta boys Wednesday night when I was at a dinner meeting.

I’m like... ‘but, we lost...

And, every time... I was interrupted.

I believe you meant to write that TB had ANOTHER rough season. TB’s best record in 7 years, 8 - 5. Next best, 7-7. Balance are all sub-500 for a 35-50 record to date.

Akron had back to back 1-11 seasons before TB got there, he went 1-11 then they haven't been that bad since.
Doc's record speaks for itself at that level and that place. He should have been offered a P5 job years ago.

Yet he hasn’t sniffed anything outside of Huntington. With all the turmoil every year in college football, this speaks volumes. He’s the Don Nehlen of Huntington except for Don wanted to stay at WVU and Doc will never be the man Don was.

Agree 100%, It does speak volumes, at just how out of touch alot of these presidents and AD’s really are when it comes to knowing how to better their programs.

I don't think doc would ever be the guy. He was a great recruiter, brought in some talented kids. But, he has never been a coordinator, his coaching duties were limited prior to the Marshall HC job. I seriously doubt anyone is making a push to get Holgorsen, agents making rumors to get more $.

In CUSA right? I mean we’re comparing CUSA to the Big 12, right? I strongly believe we would have won CUSA this season and still went to a bowl game. Could be wrong. I do know that a Doc coached Marshall team would have looked like an Akron MAC team in the Big 12. Kansas would have saved their HC’s job.
