I am seeing talk of Boychuk being traded for a forward and the B's trying to sign McCabe. I would be all for that if this is true.

Bryan McCabe is pretty much a similar version of Tomas Kaberle. I don't think you would want that deal...

Yea, I havent done much research on him... But a spark is needed. I don't see it as too much of a downgrade. Boychuk has been invicible for some time now.

i would avoid McCabe at this point of his career. unless you want a worse minus player. dont think that really is an answer.

I am going to see the Bruins battle the Sabres on the 12th. If they continue their streak to that point I will expect some moves or a big move. Time will tell. Just really sucks that it most likely will be Looch, Krejci or Rask with the ease of moving them. Please start playing better.

I hope not. But his name, along with Krejci and Rask, are being thrown around all over the internet because neither have a NMC/NTC. I am sure it is just people being retarded, but it is scary to think about. I just can't see Looch on a different team.

Agreed. The only way Lucic will move any time soon is if he is causing locker room issues with more established members of the Bruins core. I've never heard of him being cancerous to the Bruins or to his WHL team.

I think he'll be a Bruin for the foreseeable future.


That being said the Sens will give you Zenon Konopka and a 6th rounder for the Looch.

Little known fact; Hitch still lives three miles from Nationwide.

Not sure how I feel about this. I would like to see some Hitch - level discipline. But there's too many good young kids who need a chance to blossom, which would not happen under capn' Kangaroo.

As for Button... Meh. Only GM that would be worse at this point is Murray.
