Raw was great tonight. the last segment was awesome.. but the Authority angle is so stale..

hopefully they're just setting up a Sting/HHH match for WM and then it's over for good

I think they are setting up Daniel Bryan return. Daniel never lost his title. In actuality i wouldn't be surprised if he won at rumble. But he is owed a "rematch" either way. If Lesnar is indeed on his way out, then i wouldn't be surprised to see either Cena or Bryan the champion before WM. Which means more Cena in the Main Event . Despite that, i can see an angle with the authority going head to head with Cena and Bryan, maybe even though a stretch, a heel turn leading into WM for Cena. But anyway fuck Cena already. God damnit.

As we noted earlier tonight, Jerry Lawler announced on Raw tonight that Christian is retired from in-ring action in WWE, and PWInsider.com has confirmed this was not an error.

Due to a string of injuries and concussions, WWE officials now consider Christian to be retired from in-ring action.

In related news, Christian has about a year left on his current WWE contract.

Cena, Lesnar, Orton and Reigns can work the midcard at WM this year....

Rollins vs Bryan should be the main event. Doob was right on Rollins. he's the man. best heel vs the best face... and if Bryan is healthy they can have a 5 star level match to close the show.

if they follow up next week with a show as good as tonight's it might be the return of the golden era

The last Raw of 2014, was the worst Raw of 2014. This is beyond stupid, is there entire creativity team full of people with Down Syndrome. Peace out wwe, I will no longer dedicate time to waste on your product.

I thought it was start to finish the best Raw in years. Not trying to change anyone's mind but I'm curious what people didn't like about

The Ascension (aka the Road Warrior's bastard children) are awful. Two out of shape guys clearly ripping off a gimmick from a long time ago.

The Authority being back is okay if it's just to set up Rumble and WM and then they are out. I was hoping for a return to People Power, but oh well, one can dream.
