Probably because happy corbin never should’ve been a thing and jbl should’ve swooped in on him when he was still down on his luck.

Would’ve made more sense and given you more of a clean slate to work with

I loved the idea

Baron Corbin layman should’ve been built up as the next brutal unlikeable heel, even more than he already was.

It was a good idea. But they need to fix it

Corbin being the first guy to lose a mitb cash in and a rumble winner title shot would be so on brand, and having JBL with him made that so much more likely

Fix it guys. Dude is the most underrated dude on the brand and they can’t even get it right

You made say clown show idiots but wrestling isn’t a global entity without the Kliq. Every positive thing that created the attitude era and every era since is because of the Kliq. The best wrestling match in history is Hogan vs Rock at 18 and that isn’t possible without the Kliq.

You can’t equate it to any sport. But we will go with your Seahawks analogy, the Seahawks (Vince) loved Russell Wilson (the Kliq) even though the locker room hated him. Then the next step that you could say is they made Russ the GM, then eventually he became owner of the team while the haters still hate him.

I don't think it's terrible. Their characters are pretty comparable so I can see how it works there and neither are bad heels with the mic

I can see a title run coming for him soon...it's been a while since he has held anything. KotR was the last one, right?

Actually, wish they and he would have passed on this. Don't get me wrong, he's good and was on the upwards before he got released but I really liked the direction he was going in NJPW. And WWE doesn't need him. They've gotten to the point again where its crowded.
