Steph Curry is a turnover machine and he always been that way for his entire career. He only had 1 year in his 5 year career where he avg below 3 TPG and last year he led the league with Westbrook in turnovers per game.

The point is he never put a system in offensively which cause a lot of turnovers. It was a "take care of itself offense" which was an ISO system with 0 ball movement

And he's the reason Steph Curry was a turnover machine before he got here as well right? You can't blame the coach for everything. I'm sure Curry will only avg 1 TO per game now that Jackson is gone

Curry is the major issue when it comes to turnovers. All the other ball handlers on the team were all below 2 per game. Maybe Curry should focus on taking care of the ball before because he was a turnover machine before Jackson also.

Take away Curry 3.8 TPG last year and they're #1 in fewest turnovers per game. If Curry cut his turnovers in half they're top 5 in fewest turnovers. Curry is the problem here when it comes to turnovers

He was much better last year. Remember he's gonna be in a real system now. Will be interesting to see how he does.

The one year when Curry avg under 3 TO pg (2.5), the Warriors finished 4th in fewest turnovers and yes that was under Jackson as well.

It was the whole team in general.

This has nothing to do with being in a real system. And he wasn't much better last year. He avg a career high 3.8 TO PG.

The more the ball is in your hand the more likely it is for you to turn the ball over. It doesn't have anything to do with coaching. The top players in the league are almost always lead the league in turnovers per game.

Maybe if GSW had a true PG instead of using Curry at PG his turnovers would go down.

Still 0 offensive system

You're comparing 2 different things here. I could careless to argue with you about his offensive system.

Point is you're blaming Jackson for Curry being a turnover machine which is the major reason why GSW are always at the bottom of league in turnovers. You're blaming him for something that Curry needs to address because he's been turnover prone since he was at Davidson.

It's his problem and a team problem as well as Jackson's fault. You're being a Jackson tard. I watched all the games trust me. If zach Lowe is saying it you know it's really bad

Curry is a turnover machine as he should be. When you're a top player in the league and not a true PG, you will be up there in turnovers. It's not a big deal to be honest with you. Top players who always have the ball in their hand will turn the ball over.

Westbrook avg 3.8, Harden avg 3.6, Durant & Lebron avg 3.5, Wall avg 3.6, Wade avg 3.0, and George avg 2.8

Curry will be in the mid 2's to low 3's for his entire career unless he is moved to SG

He looks horrific if you compare him to Chris Paul.

But, he's not that far behind Lillard and Irving who some of us consider top 10 pg's.

He's gonna be in the high 2s with a more fundamently sound offense

That team plays a pretty fast pace and has a lot of possessions and Curry is by far their best ball handler- and they really dont have any other guys that can make plays or handle the ball- i mean Thompson is not dribbling thats for sure- he is straight catch and shoot

if you were to guess who has the highest turnovers in the leauge you would probably look for a team that had a lot of possessions and plays a quick pace that was headlined by a pg/sg hybrid that has extremely high usage- and if he didnt have other ball handlers around him that would increase turnovers even more-

and thats Curry's exact situation

getting Livingston should help quite a bit- as Jack did before he left last year-----last year Curry was really on his own handling the ball on that team

Thompson can score more than a catch and shoot player. Saw him drive in traffic many times. I wouldn't want him handling though

Yup.

We all know Curry is a combo guard.

Which essentially means he's a short SG.

But, I can live with his turnovers when he's giving you 24ppg, 8.5 dimes and 4.3 boards.

The Kids a fricking stud.

Tony Parker is at 2.57.

So, again....

You live with it because of all the other things he brings to the table.

Of all the guys in the top 10, who besides, maybe ,CP3 would you take over Curry?

Kendall Marshall and Pablo Prigioni are tempting.

But, no:doh:.

Hell, I wouldn't take 3 guys over him in the top 40.

Cavs interested in Billups, he worked out with them today.

IMO Billups is just too damn old, he only played in 19 games last season.
