LBJ looking at other teams. This might get ugly for the Heat.

From everything I'm reading, it sounds as if Lebron expects teams to go out of their way to build a roster BEFORE he commits to doing anything.

He wants every team to go out and sign half the all star squad FIRST before he makes a move. This is a very POOR strategy.

The smartest move he can make is to stay in Miami or go back to Cleveland.

I understand both sides. I understand the side of the peoppe who are saying chill because Lebron and Pat knows what they are doing. I also understand bk's concern about other FA's not waiting too long.

As fans, we shouldn't stress, because we don't know what's really going on behind closed doors.

:agree:

As I said he is being unrealistic if he expects team to make all these signings without players knowing if he will be there or not

I don't get why Bulls are going hard after Gasol. We have Gibson at PF and he is making 8 million. No way we keep Gibson as a back up. Also Gasol isn't great at Defense some what like Boozer. Word is OKC and Bulls are in the lead at this point. I do not like this move unless it means bringing Melo over in a sign and trade for Gibson, Mirtoic and a 1st rd pick. They would have to throw some other players in the mix.

Gasol by himself I do not want.

To be honest Cleveland doesn't need to make any moves. With LBJ Cavs would be stacked.

We would take Gasol by himself in OKC, that would be enough.

Because Gasol can not only score (something the Bulls desperately need), but he is also an excellent passer and rebounder. You can pencil him in for 17 and 8 with 4-5 assists every night and more on many nights.

He's not going to anchor your defense, but you don't need him to do that. The Bulls are already a great defensive team. He's also a good team defender.

He's willing to take a pay cut for a team that can win (so you can get him for less than market value) and he can play the 5 or the 4. That would fit well with the Bulls because Gibson can play the 3 or the 4 and Noah can play the 4 or the 5.

I can probably come up with a few more reasons if you need them.

Wade was never leaving. I am just curious how healthy he is, he could have 1 maybe 2 seasons at most.

OKC never had a chance to sign ANYBODY, you guys can give up the wishful thinking. NOBODY is taking the MLE to come to OKC.

Once again Presti is proving to be the downfall of your franchise. He never gets any difference makers and drafts pretty poorly the last few years.

Looks like the Lakers and Knicks both have made max offers to 'Melo.

Not all max offers are equal. One of these is probably worth more than $34 mil more than the other. I let you decide which one that is.
