No question the Thunder are the best option for Gasol over the next 2 seasons.

Why? Are the Spurs moving back to the ABA?
Clippers going away?
All the up and coming teams in the West going to stop improving?

If the Big 3 stay, and he comes and stays healthy, he's virtually penciled into the NBA Finals.

Update on Lowry.

10:00pm: Lowry’s bidders include the Raptors, Rockets, and Lakers. The Heat have not progressed their talks with him, however, tweets Brian Windhorst of ESPN.com.

What's the bid?
Like I said earlier, welcome to the summer of a bunch of guys getting overpaid.

I haven't seen any leak of the numbers yet. Toronto will have the edge with them having his bird rights & can offer a 5th year.

Well duh...

The growing belief around the league has been that LeBron James will ultimately wind up back in Miami. All signs continue to point in that direction. Teams hoping to engage James have been mostly unable to and while no doors have been closed, teams are moving on, tweets Brian Windhorst of ESPN.com.

It’s been known for a while that the free agency market would be in a holding pattern as teams are prioritizing runs at James and Carmelo Anthony. While Anthony’s free agency could continue to gum up the works for other free agents, it doesn’t appear at this time that will be the case with LeBron.

It seems that the most likely scenario will be James re-signing with the Heat while teammates Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade take discounts to help the team improve in other areas.

After surgery to repair torn rotator cuff, Patty Mills will likely be out until March, sources tell Yahoo. Spurs still want to re-sign him.

They be finally be able to finish top 4 as you been predicting them to do for the last 4 seasons lol

4 seasons? lol they were a lottery team at that time. They could of had 4-5 with a better coach and bench. Where would you rank the warriors in the west if they traded klay/lee for love martin?

Top 4 for sure but the west is so tough in terms of securing a top 3 seed because you know SAS, OKC, & LAC will always finish with 57+ wins barring some major injury to a start....Also can't forget about Houston especially if they're able to land Melo or even Lowry to team with Harden, Parsons, and Howard.

I think they will be better than clips if they get love just my opinion though. Curry and love is almost on par with Paul, griffen. Iggy>Matt Barnes, klay> Redick bogut=Jordan.

I mean they'll be championship contenders for sure but it's too hard to say if they'll finish top 4 though just because the West is so good at the top. You probably would need at least 55 wins to get a top 4 seed at min and there are 4 other teams who would be competing with you guys that I can see finishing with a better regular season record just because they won't have to worry early in the season about learning a new coach system and chemistry with new players. If Houston gets Melo it would be too close to call but if not, I think the Warriors would have home court in the 1st round at least

Playoffs wise definitely but the Clippers are such a great regular season team because their style of play is perfect for the regular season

There's no difference between 3 & 4 actually. Same shit to me. Either way you're just going to have HCA for 1 series. I think if you get a 2 seed you're actually in great position to win the finals/contend for a title because it means you may possibly have HCA for every series except one
