that is what I think too, has it been confirmed yet?

It has been pretty much confirmed by someone that I trust greatly. He is actually hesitant but feels it is in his best interest. Nothing official has come out yet.

It might benefit us in the long run though as a program. Maybe he will break out in the NFL and put VT more on the radar in terms of recruiting.

NCAA to hand down punishments to OSU today..

I imagine this could definitely affect a couple of the uncommitted prospects' choices that we are chasing right now (Caleb, Jones, and to a lesser degree Diggs), especially if their are more schooly reductions and a bowl ban of a year or two. It will be interesting as to how much worse it will be (as opposed to their "self-imposed" sanctions, which frankly, was nothing) now that the almighty Urban Meyer is on board.

I think that they will get a few years probation and lose 10-15 scholarships over the next three years, no bowl ban....but just my gut feeling based on how the NCAAA has been handling this stuff so far.
