I like what the Capitals are doing this year. They are clearly focusing on playing better defensive hockey and being more aggressive on the PK (not just sitting in the "box"). Even if the offense has not been 100% yet, it's definitely going to pay dividends late in the year and in the postseason. Carlson and Alzner help a lot too - glad those guys are finally FT Capitals.

Agreed, eloco. That is their best 40 minute effort of the season. Now, if they play like this for the complete 60, I'll be happy. Neuvy needs to continue to come up big when called upon. One bad bounce in to our net and it's a whole new game. I would prefer it if they stay aggressive and keep up the pressure as opposed to sitting back and playing tentativly with the lead.
