It's much more on an APY basis, but I have to imagine that Altuve is trying to set himself up for one last big contract after this one expires. Seems as if that has been the move lately by players.

Good to see him playing well. We're all sort of low on him, but it would be nice if he can actually develop into a Billy Butler like player.

I would much rather have Cano at 5/$150 than 10/$240. Hell, I would much rather have Altuve on either deal than Cano.
