my father in law lives in georgetown, when we go to see him people are always talking up the wildcats basketball or football. They can't believe it's not standard television in northern kentucky to see wildcats football.

Jackson has looked good early on. That is good. The starters plus Big Black don't worry me too much. The rest of this team looks like crap because they are all freshman.

UC will be good. They won't be as good as O$U, but ya know...UC's ranked, and they should make some noise this year.

Biggest ? for UC will be how well their freshman develope through the year off the bench. UC had great depth last year...even if those guys weren't any more talented than Kramer after 12 beers. They had 4 years of NCAA ball. This year's bench is really green after Jackson and Parker...and Parker is terrible.

My 6th grader's team would give them a run for their money. 16-0 over the last 2 years. Won 5 straight "Super Bowls" in their league from 2nd grade through 6th.

Headin' to Knoxville this weekend for a tourney. Should be good times.
