Still, a win is going to be a win against 'Cuse. Melo will be back, and a win against, what will be, a top 5 team at the end of the year will be HUGE.

UC tends to play better coming off losses, so maybe the let-down against WVU will motivate them to get after it tonight.

UC had their shot. They missed quite a few FT's that would have really helped, but the defense from about 6 minutes on just went to crap. Wright was clearly spent....with Guyn out for the 3rd straight game, there was no true backup PG to sub in for him.

No shame in that loss, but UC has to rebound in the next 4 games. All are winnable. @Rutgers, vs DePaul, @SJU, and then @Marquette. Out of those 4, they need to go 3-1.

Totally missed him. I see he played 8 mins.

Of his last 7 games, in 4 of them he got 16 or more minutes.

Cash looked spent. I'm surprised the Guyn didn't play more since he was available.

Oh well, like I said...no shame in the loss, but they've got to pick it up with winnable games coming up.
