Some speculation that the stock market dip/crash and the CV fallout impacted the voting with those who voted later in the week more in favor of accepting the proposed package. I even wonder if some of the no voters early in the process would have voted yes yesterday.

Makes a lot of sense. He won't cost much and gives the Broncos a nice backup option with starting experience even if it was in the XFL. Also offers a guy that has shown an athletic game just like that of Lock.

Which makes sense again just he is such a good fit behind the type of QB that they have.

If we hadn't just signed Driskel it would make more sense for us. So my guess is in the end he does not end up a Bronco.

Klis is about as bad with the Cap as any major reporter out there. He doesn't understand that signing bonus and such money doesn't all count against the cap year one. He always focuses on total money paid out for the first year than actual cap hit.
