Well of course. That's why you'll never find proof of the league targeting any one guy. I don't believe he's being targeted anyway. I think his style of play is why he gets hit with the calls as much as anything.

we saw ben coates literally fall off the map by 30 after the league called him for his pushoffs (which were so blatant is was actually funny).

gronk to me is:

50% his style of play and his size
30% borderline/bad calls
20% the league hates the patriots and the refs pay extra attention

im not SAYING this...but...how pissed would goodell have been if the pats were 11-0 today? thats why bradys so miffed, still. he wanted to rub 19-0 in goodells face, and the public.

You mean like the previous week when the third time in NFL history one team was penalized for over 100 yards and the other team had zero penalties called on them? That would be the Broncos having over 100 yards and the Bears had nary a flag thrown against them.
