Took a ride by Sugar Ray Leonard's gym and boyhood home today. What a great fighter.

I waited on him at the Tgi Fridays I worked in during college. I was all admiration, he was sadly a bit of an ass to everyone, his own party included. Horrible tipper too. Greatly disappointed me but perhaps he was just having a bad night

Can't deny the talent however.

Fighters aren't known for being the kindest of people many times. I think Ray improved with age. Riddick Bowe was. I have seen him a number of times teasing and boxing with folks in Fort Washington.

Don't really know or follow the fighting world at all. Makes sense that those in it would have a fighting mentality different than most others tho.

I'm a wussy when it comes to watching boxing, hate it, (something too visceral, primal and close up about it for me) which is odd considering I love grown men beating each other up on a football field...

I know more fighters than anything. All you said is true and the reasons you do not like it are the reasons I love it. It is primal, one vs. one (can no longer say mano y mano) test of wills and highly strategic but in a barbarian way.

Hearing it's likely to be a few weeks, game 4 for us.

The Browns suffered another huge blow Wednesday when first-round pick Corey Coleman broke a hand in practice, a league source told cleveland.com.

He was injured when he caught a pass and someone came down on the hand. Practice is only open to the media for the first 20 minutes and it happened after that.

It's not yet known which hand was injured or its severity. He underwent X-rays after practice, which confirmed the break.

after HOURS of playing I'm FINALLY up 6 points with 3 seconds left .... & Brees throws a 80 yard hail marry to win the game beating my prevent defense.
