Wow...Mets put up a 10 spot in the 6th to put this one away.
Lindor's ( El Grande Salami ) & Pete's ( 3 run bomb) accounted for most of the damage...but Dom's rbi single got it going.

Villar tacked on with his 2nd HR of the game in the 7th...(another solo blast)

Ty Walker went 5 and got a ND. Aaron Loup threw a scoreless inning in the 6th and got the W.

Stro set the bucs down in order in the top half.

Stro was perfect thru 3....but as is usually the case with most pitchers, the 2nd time thru the order bites ya.

Pirates scored twice in the 4th....and took a 2-1 lead on 2 singles...and a 2 out 2 run double.

Ughhh...Stro gives up a solo HR to the opposing pitcher after there were 2 outs.

Mets now trail 3-2, middle of the 5th.

Trevor May takes over for Stro to begin the 6th...and he hands out a leadoff walk, then a 2 run homer.
