That was a cool thing about the injured soldier the Pens hosted last week...started speaking in short sentances for the first time a day after returning from his visit. Awesome how just meeting these guys can lift your spirits and lead to amazing things. Hockey is great.

Dupuis was also two feet past the blue line when Crosby flew in and they called a penalty on the 'Nucks so whatevs.

Pens gotta work on the faceoffs in the third and stay aggressive (Dmen, this does NOT mean pinch with a 2 goal lead...k, thanks.)

There was some serious slop out there in the 2nd. The ice has to be HORRIBLE. People falling pucks boucning everywhere.

A few questionable calls and non-calls, but, I give the refs credit, the hardest game to officate, and they do what they can, esp in a fast hard hitting game like this.

Back to the slop, I think the Pens are in the heads of the canucks a bit, canucks seem to be trying to make quick plays because of teh constant pressure by the Pens and it has led to some bad passes.

Pens need more of the same. Keep the pressure and hard hitting going. Fleury keeping the Pens in the lead with some real big saves.

There are moments where the puck will go to a player and at first I'm uncertain as to who it is...then Sid does something only maybe 5 guys in the league can do in a game...and I know.
