I'm not disputing that.
There just isn't any excitement with the other players.
Nobody's chasing history like Tiger.
And nobody will but there is still entertainment out there

I have watched less than expected. Weekends have been pretty busy.
TV coverage actually has been worse since Covid... I totally get it though.... Can only have limited staff on course as well
Hell yes I'll watch!Until further notice no fans are allowed at tournaments. Only volunteers and it's even less then ever needed.
So, the question is: Will people watch more on TV then they had previously or will they just pass on it? It's a million times better to actually be there in person to see it then it is to watch on TV but now that basically is our only option
I kid i kid. I actually really enjoy golf. Its a fun sportthat you can enjoy while getting chores done around the house en sech. You can keep track of how people are doing, and inbetween getting stuff done, you get a chance to watch some amazing swings. My dad always liked to rip on it as a joke while he enjoyed it, and i guess im just carrying on with his tradition, lol.golf had fans?
I am also finding this to be true.I don't even notice the fans aren't there, makes no difference to me.
Quit GnGingMany fans.
The playoff plan was to put all 7 guys who were tied for the lead near the end out in one group. That would have been interesting to see.I'm watching right now. It usually doesn't matter to me. But it did make a difference to me last Sunday at the PGA. It wasn't as good with no crowd going nuts down the stretch, with so many in it and a lot of great golf being played.
