Not to split hairs with ya Manster cause you and I have talked football before.

But Eastbay dragged the redskins into this thread with his mention of Captain Kurt which we all know of whom he was refering. then earl jumped in with this little gem...

But its all good man.

Eastbay was responding to another Cowboy fan on a Cowboy's Forum,. now you tell me what is wrong with this picture? :noidea:

Still not 800 yards, much less 1000. If you have 30 eggs are you guaranteed 30 chickens? You sensitive little ______..

Pretty sure he would have have 4 yards in 4 games and would have been closer to 1000.

Are you mad now too?

Truth is I don't know who he is talking about when he said Capt. Kurt, but then again I pay very little attention to him in the 1st place. I already said I figure Earl was referring to the team in DC, but not "Team" but their "FANS'.

Now that I wen't back to read his post I can see he was talking about your BU QB. But what he said is the truth though. There has been a lot of talk on the Redskins board back at the MOUSE about Cousins bringing you a 1st or multiple lower picks. Personally if I was the Skins FO, I'd try to keep Cousins as insurance.

But do those yards really even matter on a horrible team? No Cowboy fan care about all the yards Romo got last year.

I won't deal with anything. I find it very annoying. I don't go to your board and fish for responses about the Cowboys or our fan base, so I don't like it when you come here doing it. Especially in threads with titles that have nothing to do with the Redskins whatsoever. You came to this board just fishing for arguments and nothing more. It's honestly pathetic more than annoying.

And in reality, Garcon caught 70 passes for 947 yards in his best season for a very crap team. Fred Davis' best season was 59 receptions for 796 yards on another crap team. No need to delve into their career numbers. And you are trying to convince me those players are vital. Yet the Redskins managed to win the division and score a lot of points with them both missing significant time. :L

Pathetic is you whining about having to defend a stupid comment.

Fact is you are trying to downplay the significance of the Redskins losing their two top receiving threats, and doing a bad job of it. They scored more points with Garcon in the line up. They won more games with Garcon in the line up. Yet you want to argue that it's insignificant.

Funny stuff.

He was on pace for similar numbers on a 10-6 team last year before the achilles injury.

Either way he's a starter, a good one at that. And not the insignificant injury that you want to make it out to be.

Now who's being sensitive? You're going to get pissy about 4 yards?

So dealing with fact makes me sensitive? Sorry I don't see it that way, but if you give us a POBox for you I'm sure we can get a collection of tissues for you.

You say it's stupid only because you can't comprehend what I'm saying. If you say to me that Bruce Carter or Costa is not of vital importance, I would not disagree with you. Carter is our 2nd best LB and Costa was our starting center, but neither loss was as vital as losing Sean Lee or Ratliff, or Dez and Austin missing the 4th quarter of the season finale or Ware playing at 50% at best. Those are vital. Losing two average players even if they are "important" to your offense is not of vital importance. Losing Pro Bowl caliber players like Orakpo and RG3 are vital. Not two average players like Garcon and Davis. But please keep telling me this cool story about how those players are so vital to your offense even though your offense managed to still be nearly elite with them both missing significant time. Your pass rush was terrible without Orakpo. That's a vital loss.

He is also a failed drug test away from a year suspension along with your LT and the 6 others who have been suspended for failed drug test or PED use......:L :suds:

health and depth

could seattle be seattle without health....what about SF?
Not many teams in today's NFL can over come injuries. Green Bay kinda did once, but Rodgers and Matthews having career years helped greatly.

does any team in the NFL with 53 man rosters really have depth? I think all team do at certain positions but not across the board....not in the NFL. A team can have a back up QB that has played a hand full of games and assume he's quality, but is he? Does 10 games define what a player is and will always be? Didn't Marion Barber.

Funny.....good or bad health and overcoming the injuries all teams will have seems to define all teams to me.

this would be my second post here

who's sensitive?:laugh3:

I fail to see how Davis is a good starter. Davis in this thread is being over-hyped like Jermichael Finley was by Packer fans, except the Packers actually won the SB without him.

Our passing game without our two best receiving options is also terrible. See the Carolina game. Griffin's worst game of the season. Offense struggled to move the ball with out Garcon and Davis. But yeah, not significant at all.

Hoping Stallworth doesn't make the team for that very reason.

That would be a correct statement.....

Yall had backups that new the system..... sure starters went down but you had back ups

Our back ups to our backs ups went down.

How else you think the Cowboys spent right at 10 million last year bringing guys off the street that had to play on the fly and not even know the playbook.

and with all that went 8-8 and it came down to the final game of the season to see if the Skins or Boys went in the playoffs.

Cowboys healthy .... shit son yall dont make the playoffs.... 2-3 games out in fact
