I actually currently reside in the Canadian Rockies but have been a Fins fan since I've been a kid. I travel as much as possible as I love the beach!

I wouldn't take McCarron in the 3rd myself but he was ranked around there...

Nice pick. I think in 4th round is where he should go and wouldn't be surprised to see Purifoy go in the 3rd in real draft.

Yeah, when I made the trade this was the exact guy I wanted with this pick.....with the signing of Patterson I am not sure how much the Jets will push for a CB in the draft, but with Rex you can never have enough.

Agree. I was thinking of taking Purifoy but NT Ellis was BPA I thought. Either way both good players and good value in 4th round.

A little off topic but just saw a screen shot of the Raiders 1st round picks for the last 10 years and the players taken the very next pick and man the Raiders could have an all-star team right now.

Now given they couldn't afford all of these players still being on the same team but just imagine Rodgers throwing to Fitzgerald and Johnson with CJ Spiller in the back field.

Thats pretty crazy but obviously if they had a couple of those guys they wouldnt have drafted in the same spot the following seasons.

Probably not, but it's about changing the culture that has been in place for, well, ever. Every player in S&B knew that there was only one guy in charge in Oakland, Al Davis of course. Until there is a true chain of command where the HC has real tenure there won't be a top-flight guy on the sideline.
