Yeah his defense speaks for itself and he has never really hit consistently at any level. He did hit well during the second half last year but it seems fluky looking at his minor league numbers. Long swing for a non power guy. Amazing that the Yankees actually had big plans for him at some point.

Ellington was one of my targets for the Ravens this round. Thought he would be a perfect weapon to bring in with Steve Smith being there to mentor him. I'm not surprised he didn't fall to the Ravens, but I am a little surprised it was the Rams that took him.

Johnny meant to ask what you thought of my 3rd round pick for the Rams with Jeremy Hill. Figured since most teams have the 2-back system this day he would be a nice compliment to help add to the backfield. Throw in with taking Robinson in the 1st need some nice backs to run behind that train.

2 high round guys I dont like and 3 later round guys I do like but Brooks was drafted too early. Dennard over Gilbert is certainly debatable. Needs are well covered but its all in on Bradford and if he goes down, I could see the GM getting fired. Ellington is an odd fit but good value. Probably a C+ type of draft considering the resources the Rams have to work with.

Nah Brooks is a second round selection early third at worst..
