Its him and Barkley to me
Yeah, I have him as the 2nd best player in the draft.

I just think that Tampa Bay is going to have issues addressing their needs if they pick him in rd1 and they dont have a pick in rd3

Yea I thought about ward and Fitzpatrick but ultimately Nelson's just the better prospect and they could still use help on the OL anyways. Plus I'd rather build a team with strong lines.

Yeah, when I was picking for them it was between Fitz, James and Nelson.

I think the player they'd really want is Barkley but that'll never happen in an online mock.

Wow, Mayfield went top 5....

IF he was maybe two inches taller he would be the consensus #1 overall pick. I have him personally as the #2 QB in this draft only behind Rosen. So to get him at #5 I'll take it.

Height is an issue though. OL are only getting taller. At least the Broncos are 6'3 to 6'4 at G and C, so it's not as bad of an issue as it could be.

It's painful to watch Brees crane his neck for a full game to see downfield. I wonder if he'll have health issues from that after his career.

Here is what I recommend you try. Stand flat on your feet. See how much you can see. Then stand up on your tippy toes and see how much of a difference that actually makes. It isn't much. Height is an overvalued part of the equation. Mayfield had a ridiculously huge OL in front of him and never seemed to have it be an issue.
