Wow, okay good to know!
Wednesday I
I am not for any of these QB’s but if some of these guys sit for a couple years, who knows. Darnold definitely has a high ceiling. Turnovers and decision making seems to he his two biggest issues and they pretty much go hand in hand.
Did you consider Rosen? I know it doesnt seem like the Browns are actually looking at him but he seems like the best option IMO.
Well I wanted to be as realistic as possible but I still like Darnold over Rosen. Rosen has injury concerns and mentally doesn’t seem as stable as Darnold. If you look at the numbers as well, Darnold is actually more accurate and turnovers are closer than most seem to believe (Darnold did lose more fumbles).
Yea there certainly doesnt seem to be a consensus so I cant blame ya there. And Darnold has a ton of upside. I wouldnt judge you for taking any of the non Allen QBs.
But there is a consensus RB and player in this draft so why not take Barkley #1 is my question.
Because of this new philosophy of " running backs are a dime a dozen and be had in later rounds, see Kareem Hunt"...

Barkley isn’t a dime but a full dollar. However he can cut on a dime.

I 100% agree with you, he's a back that can transform a franchise's running game for the next five years.
But again, your dealing with people willing to over pay for a hit or miss QB, or DT !
They are hoping he is there at 4.
How effective is Barkley without a starting QB or starting L and RTs? The Browns have many holes to fill.
