I don't think I have ever got Mayo on a sammich when I go out for a sammich, only mustard and usually spicy mustard. The only time I ever actually use mayo is on a chicken sammich from chick fil a although i'd rather have some sort of buffalo sauce like they have at chili's. At home I have miracle whip and like 3 or 4 different types of mustard.

I use to love tomatoes but they just aren't very good in Texas. I love onions and can eat a sweet vadalia onion like an apple. If I go get a sammich at like Jersey Mike's I usually get the italian, salami, pepperoni, etc... spicy mustard, swiss cheese, spinach, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers and salt & pepper...
