One day after Easter at that- what's up with that?Fucking awesome, the most active day of the draft comes in round 4!
I view him a lot like I do Andy Dalton. He can be pretty darn good in a controlled environment where there is good talent. He just kind of melts if the talent isn't tightly controlled which is unfortunate given the positive things he does do. That's not a bad guy for a 4th round pick as a QB- imo; force multipliers are good value at this point.Kaaya is one of those prospects that is going to be totally doomed unless he gets a good oline but maybe with a good oline....maybe he could do some damage as a QB
Thanks. CBS likes him a lot too. I couldn't find much tape on him, but the tape I did find, the kid looked good.Awesome pick this late. Was hoping he fell to Skins. I think playing for Kutztown is main reason wasn't picked but if you read Walter football about him you wonder why he lasted this long. Nice pick Tubbs
I'm a big fan of Kayaa as well. I think he's more talented than Dalton is personally.I view him a lot like I do Andy Dalton. I like him a heck of a lot more than Webb (who I am absolutely petrified in fear the Chiefs will draft him) and Peterman from what I have seen. Too many people focusing on what Kaaya can't be instead of how he can be successful as an NFL QB, imo. Houston would be a pretty decent spot for him.I'm a big fan of Kayaa as well. I agree. Good OL, good RB, great #1 WR and deep threat in Fuller. Get him a talented TE, which this draft is full of and he could be very good there.I like him a heck of a lot more than Webb (who I am absolutely petrified in fear the Chiefs will draft him) and Peterman from what I have seen. Don't need to be the best to be effective.

Kaaya's ceiling is somewhat limited, imo. It's not so much he can't play well, it's moreso he doesn't put a team on his back and that'll destroy his draft stock at a position in where they're looking for Cam Newton, Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger, etc. Nothing wrong with an Andy Dalton with a good team in front of him, especially if he is the 2nd chip instead of thee chip. We've seen similar type players ultimately have success with good offensive talent like Andy Dalton, Kick Cousins, and I might even say Kaepernick. Kaaya has the goods upstairs mostly, it just doesn't quite translate all the way with him to the field.I was thinking why anyone would draft Kaaya after reading all the negative things they said about him. Normally its 50/50 when they list the positives and negatives on the players but with Kaaya it seems like he fucked the writers mother or something to get all that negative talk about him. I don't like Kaaya not because of his playing skills but the simple fact he played at Miami.
I wouldn't take Peterman until round 5. He's QB 10 at best for me. Kid is Chase Daniels.Kaayas pocket presence makes Gabbert look courageous and Brady looks quick. He should be off the board for anyone with a mediocre oline.
I like Peterman more than Kaaya by a little bit but I view them both as probable backups.
Wait, you think this draft has 9 QBs better than Chase Daniel?I wouldn't take Peterman until round 5. He's QB 10 at best for me. Kid is Chase Daniels.
