Marlins sign Tim Anderdson for $5 million. Our cheap ass ownership could have done that instead of doing these fire-sale type trades with the Giants and Twins.

Probably 3 mil over the asking price.

Boras and Bellinger finallly cave. Bellinger is going to go 3 years/$80 mill with the Cubs. There will probably be multiple opt-out clauses.

Wow, that is something the Mariners could easily have done. The way it is being reported is it is basically 1/30. The Mariners could easily have a $200 million dollar budget for this season, it is the uncertainty of their future revenue.

Even Margot would be better than what we have in LF right now.

It's the upside .the mariners have to wait
For in LF...
If canzone hits better .than..kelenic..
It's job..
Accomplish...imo.

Although..there.is canzone.
There is also .

Trammel....last chance.

Spencer Packard..most likely other than.
Canzone..

And.
Alberto.rodrigez..

Cade marlowe..best defense..most probably.
A boston style outfielder..

And mariners want.that revolving.door...
Open to the minors

Most of those guys have multiple options..
The reason for the open door.
Of course.
How many till 1 has a break threw..
Lolololl.
Unknown..
But if it's only a matter of numbers.
The mariners should get lucky..

At least....at some point..

Teams that are serious about competing don't hope and pray that some guy with 'upside' actually comes through, playing a position on the diamond, left field, that is expected to provide both power and clutch RBI production. They already have an MLB-established guy in place. If not, they go get one from another team or the FAs. Not one single guy on your list comes anywhere near filling that responsibility to the offense.

Erik Swason's 4-year-old got hit by a car at the BJ's training camp in Bradenton. Had to be airlifted. I'm not going to do the whole 'thoughts and prayers' thing because I think most people who post the T&P are just doing lip service and don't actually pray. I just hope the kid is okay. From one parent to another, that shit would lift my anxiety to a level that would be unfathomable.

Lack of adult supervision by not watching the four-year-old closely enough when he’s in or around the parking lot obviously

Hope all turns out well for the kid and the adults all learn a valuable lesson about watching kids more closely (ie: holding their hands in a parking lot)

Well I get that, but I’m more saying how does a player have a child there and them not be supervised by someone from the Blue Jays staff. Players wives and kids always have staff accommodating them

$42 million a year for Zack Wheeler. I bet that got Logan Gilbert's attention.

It was just two months ago people were saying the Phillies overpaid to extend Aaron Nola. Now Nola is probably ready to kill his agent for getting low-balled.
