I think her movement is better than Sharapova for sure....

Barely if at all.

Side to side she's about the same as Sharapova, but she moves forward maybe a little better.

I don't dislike her at all, but like you said, she needs to put a lot of work in on her serve. She's in better shape this year than last, so at least she understands she needs to do something about her movement.

I find Bouchard a wee bit dainty. A hard opponent intimidates her once she starts trailing.

And by hard I mean exactly like a Serena. Or a Sharapova. Someone with mettle.

I'd love to see Bouchard excel but to my eye she needs a lot more than being cutsie.

Nadal went out to Fognini last night.

He was a little pissed at the ATP because his match the night before didn't end until 3:30 AM. I think he had a point.

Yeah but lame excuse when you take into account that Fognini match ended after 1 AM.

They were stupid not to move matches to other courts. No way should any match start after 1 AM ever

I'm stunned Nadal isn't playing Acapulco. Sure, it's hard court, but the big hitters are all in Dubai. It would have been a cakewalk to semis, and even there, the worst case scenario is Dimitrov then Ferrer.

When you are turning down a hard-court 500 to a play a clay-court 250 with a similar field (and only making the semis), it doesn't seem like you have much faith in your ability to compete off clay.
