I get the joke, but the Alamo Bowl gets first pick of Pac 12 teams that aren't going to a Big 6 bowl. The Alamo and Holiday bowls (also known as the only two [outside of Rose, obviously] pac 12 bowl tie ins with any kind of damn) will pass them over for a Washington, Washington State, or Utah (assuming they can finish strong). They'll be looking at one of the lower 4 bowls. Their best chance for one of the top two is Washington winning the conference and going to the Rose Bowl, and WSU getting selected for a Big 6 at large spot.
