Rawle is announcing tonight at 9PM, i believe.
Yup, a lot of buzz that he is choosing Arizona and you have to think that this somewhat "quick" decision is because of the Ferguson rumors swirling and he might think he has to commit now so that UA doesn't take Ferguson over him. Certainly hope that's the case, the one thing this team is missing next year is some east coast toughness

Would be a huge pickup, especially if Trier turns pro, and with York graduating, should be a starter from day 1 I'd think.

Next year could be crazy. Our starting lineup could be:
PG: Simmons (FR)
SG: Alkins (FR)
SF: Jackson (FR)
PF: Smith (RS FR)/Markkannen (FR)
C: Comanche (SO)

With backups bringing experience in a RS Senior Combo Guard (Allen), Jr. PG (PJC), SO Justin Simon, JR. C Ristic

If Trier were to stay, which he really should, the firepower on offense will be even more insane, and what is listed is already pretty special.

great. so we'd get to hear Dick Vitale drool 'diaper dandies' shit every time he talks PAC cbb.
Thanks Arizona!
That'd be a seriously young squad, but gawd, the talent!
Good luck, except for your our SF.

Michigan State target Josh Jackson says he knows his college choice
Those rumors also had Jackson picking Kansas that night, over finalists MSU and Arizona. But Jackson isn’t tipping his hand right now. He told Rivals.com that, of the three head coaches, he probably has the closest relationship with Arizona’s Sean Miller. He said he was impressed on his official visit to Kansas.

one possible block against Jackson choosing MSU was that Izzo had no scholarships left...someone was going to have to transfer...turns out two Spartys decided to finish their careers elsewhere (I'll miss Clark, the guy had zing.)

MSU's Marvin Clark, Javon Bess will transfer for final two years
Their departures mean MSU now has a scholarship available for number one recruit Josh Jackson, who has yet to announce his decision between MSU, Kansas and Arizona. Jackson told Rivals.com on Sunday that he has made his decision, but he hasn’t decided yet when to announce it.

Jackson already made his decision but he's just getting everyone to worship him a bit longer til he announces it. Kid is milking all the attention he can get which is unbelievable annoying but whatever. I tend to agree with him going to KU at this point.

Josh is apparently making his announcement tonight at 8:30 eastern.

Word is he's going to Kansas... but I'll hold out some hope until the announcement is official.

So, Terrance Ferguson will be a nice "consolation" prize.

JJ is elite, but so is Ferg. He is lights out from downtown & can play great defense. Two things that Sean Miller loves.

Kansas' Potential lineup:

PG: Frank Mason
SG: Devonte Graham/Lagerald Vick
SF: Josh Jackson/Svi Mykhailiuk
PF: Carlton Bragg/Mitch Lightfoot
C: Landen Lucas/Udoka Azubuike

This is assuming Selden Jr, Greene and Diallo all enter the draft.

KU still a top 10 team for next year.

I still don't get why he chooses Kansas over Zona or MSU. I feel like Zona really allows freshman to shin or it would have been great to see Jackson in his home state again. Wiggins didn't do himself too many favors when he chose Kansas.
