Given it took them 71 years to return the WS (and the whole 1908 thing), anything less than a WS trophy would be a huge disappointment for the Cubs. Their future looks very bright, but there's no certainty they return to the WS.

It's fucking awesome to see them finally make it though, and I'll be pulling hard for them. I'll be pretty happy with either outcome though.
