Who is this dude starting all these MLB threads, and who's that broad in his avi?
On paper, yes.Cubs in a sweep
On paper, yes.
Kershaw does not have to throw the opener but he needs to pitch one of the first 2 games.
Like last year, we don't have a lot of history on how Wrigley plays at this time of year, especially at night.
Hmmmm.I don't know if it's just a postseason slump but the cubs batting average outside of Bryant and Baez are pretty poor. Several batters with a .067 of something like that. Other than those 2 I don't think there is a batter over .200. Maybe they get it going against the Dodgers but possibly pitching around Bryant could be a strategy.
Will Jensen even be available for game 1? Will the dogs have to essentially punt this game?
IF the dogs can take game, than I fear the end is nigh...He probably won't but if the Dodgers can take Game 1 then is there any real reason to throw Kershaw back out there Game 2 after the NLDS he's had? Maeda needs to step up.
Understatement of the year. Kenta needs to shake off the NLDS and pitch the way we all know he can. He's overdue for a good game.He probably won't but if the Dodgers can take Game 1 then is there any real reason to throw Kershaw back out there Game 2 after the NLDS he's had? Maeda needs to step up.
