I see it as other way around.

Up 3-1 let the guy rest. Hope Maeda somehow shows up or Lester folds on the road.

Kershaw vs Lester is basically a toss up on paper before factoring rest.

I'd save Clayton bullets for Hendricks a guy who hasn't had the experience pitching deep in a playoff game.
