How come Joc Peterson remains a 222 hitter? A few years ago he was big with 26 homers but never realized his potential. Injuries or just bad?

He’s just bad. He had a couple of seasons with 20+ hr but always had a low batting avg. He was sent back down to triple A this year cause of that.

The Dodgers strength appears to be forcing other teams to throw good pitches by not trying to hit outside the zone. That ends up in a lot walks and wears down their pitchers. That is the best defense I have ever seen from the Dodgers.
