Yep, which is surprising to say the least. It'd be awesome if SD could have a 2010 type of run where they're in the division mix all year, but the injuries piling up plus lack of offense makes it very doubtful. NL East is easily the best so far.
I would be OK with a repeat of 2010...

Outside of game 162 and every game that followed, 2010 was a good year. History can repeat itself for 161 games and then CHANGE!

Even if you had won game 162, you still would have had to win 163.

The Giants never faced elimination in 2010.

I know, Giants had the 3 game lead going into 160-162 and the Padres almost pulled off the season saving sweep. Shouldn't have let it come down to that though, Padres just blew it.

Speaking of history repeating itself, wonder if the Dodgers can go 42-8 over 50 games like they did in 2013.

And when they won the World Series...

Wait, what?

They didn't?

But they were so awesome. Hey, they MUST have like 7 recent rings, though, right?

No? 1988? Seriously?

Damn, Daniel!

Really? You used a meme. Shame on you Cal, I thought you were better than that.

I'd rather they take the division between them and SF, I have no reason to worry about them winning it all.

You didn't like it? I quite enjoyed writing it.

Of course, any time I think "1988" I smile...

I smile knowing that I will never have to live in San Francisco. It all evens out in the end.

So the Giants continue to rack up WS trophies and you never pollute our beautiful city with your presence? Sounds like a win-win to me. :suds:

The Giants pulled that win out of their ass. I think the runner at second was safe and the runner was out at first.

Please provide the link to angle that showed the runner was out at second. (The runner was clearly out at first)

Dude, I was watching it live, I don't have a link. Just looked like his foot was off of the bag, when caught it.

Every replay I saw showed him on the bag. There was one freeze-frame with the ball in his glove and his foot apparently still on the bag. Maybe there is a better angle, but I haven't seen it.

So you don't go to West LA and Hollywood much, do you?

Not trying to defend SF, just saying that LA probably has more flamers now than they do.

Perception vs. Reality

Because this has historically been the case, knuckle draggers like Outlaw can't fathom the reality that West Hollywood and LA have more gay people then the entire city of San Francisco. But don't let facts get in the way of a great pic!

It's okay man. 21st century and all. Gay people are cool now. I'll be your friend even though you're a gay Giants fan.
