He did regress for a couple of games, then he adjusted just as fast as the pitchers did.

:agree:

He's a lot better than I could ever have hoped for.

Us Dodger fans are very lucky, at the moment. I just hope this hot streak can last until the end of the season!

Is Clayton Kershaw the NL MVP at this point?

I'm afraid so but as long as it's not Roidier, I'm fine with it even though I think only position players should win MVP.

Is "Roider" Molina? If so, he would have to lead the Cards to the division title, imo, to get it

Roidier Molina is off the DL.

HGH reserves in the Midwest said to be at an all-time low.

After that 0-5 performance, he should demand a refund

I have to say, this run of 41 wins in 49 games is the most remarkable run of baseball I've ever seen.

Good times to be a Dodger fan! Haven't really been able to say that too often in the last 20 years...

thank you for the pic Beef, yeah nice run too....wasn't that a big come back after the all star game when "Giants win the Pennent, The Giants win the pennant" game happened...there was something that a team was down 7 games or so...but that is still a long stretch.

Barry Zito is just basically throwing batting practice to these big league hitters now, isn't he?

It's been tough to get excited until very recently because up until now - I have seen this picture over and over. The Dodgers start a nice roll, gets everyone going and then checks out. Honestly McCourt really did try to build a decent team in the first years, but they haven't had an owner that really could afford to spend for talent in the last 25 years or so in my opinion. What makes them different this year to me is that they get into each series and figure out how to over-come their opponents and win.

Figured you guys would enjoy this as much as I did. What are they celebrating? Did they get their batting averages over the Mendoza line or something?

I'm no Giants fan but have always liked Zeets and by all accounts he's a top-notch guy. It's painful to watch his ineffectiveness. He's relying on fooling batters with an 81 mph fastball and the slow curve and it's just not working. I wonder if we're not watching his last big league start today?

What's next for the Giants? Are Angel Pagan and Andres Torres going to just start wearing yoga pants because the ones they're wearing now can't possibly be any tighter.
